# I see a company on the platform that I want to work with but they have not claimed their profile yet. How do I resolve this?

When you see a company that you want to work with that has not been claimed, you can click the Invite button. This sends an email to the contact listed in the profile, asking them to join and claim it. 

In addition, you can reach out to Sustainment Customer Success at support@sustainment.com and the team can help facilitate the connection.
