How do I fill out the contact info for my company?

Company Name is your common or well-known DBA (Doing Business As).  There are additional names allowed like legal name and other DBA's in Details. 

Address should be the physical site where work is done and will be used when being discovered/searched by others.  Additional locations will be available in the future.

The logo image has a limitation of 1Mb.  Contact support@sustainment.com if you need help creating or duplicating your website logo.
