How do I download files?

Go into the project in which your supplier would like to download the files from. Ensure the project settings allow for suppliers to download the files. Click into the associated project, click the "gear" to open the settings on Project Files, then ensure the Enable Download "switch" is flipped to the right.

 

If your supplier is trying to download the documents, they will go to the Documents section of the Opportunity, click the three dots on the file they want to download and select Download from the dropdown.
