How do I add a supplier?
Add suppliers to your account
To add a supplier, you can click on 'Suppliers' on the left hand side or select 'Add' and select 'Supplier'.

From this screen, you can either search for an existing supplier within the Sustainment network or create a new one. When adding or creating a new supplier, you’ll also have the option to invite them to join the Sustainment platform. Inviting a supplier enables on-platform communication and secure file sharing, and it’s completely free for suppliers to join.

If you choose to invite your supplier to the platform, they’ll receive an email invitation like the sample shown below.

Once a supplier has been added, a unique Supplier Record is automatically created. This record allows you to add and manage personalized details such as contact information, NDAs (including e-signature workflow), certifications, and more. Maintaining all your supplier information in one centralized system helps ensure compliance and keeps you well prepared for audits.
