Can I communicate directly through the platform?

On your Sustainment home page, you will notice all of your messages show here. Any time you connect with a new supplier or customer, you will be able to communicate with them directly from here. You will also receive an email with the conversation so you never miss a message! You can choose whether to reply via email or logging into Sustainment and replying through the platform. 

On your Sustainment homepage, you will see communications are broken down by projects, opportunities, and companies. Keep track of all of your communications in on area.
