August 2025 Release Notes

Revisions are now optional. When uploading a PO, if no revision information is found the item will be created without a revision. You can toggle revisions on or off from the item page.
Add a new table to procurement analytics to enable better spend review. This data is now exportable, as requested by many customers.
Simplified revised PO flow lets a user make all changes at once. This will make future integrations simpler. We have also added the ability to update quantity and unit cost
Supplier data update
- New records created during onboarding or the add suppliers flow will now be tagged with the appropriate source, category, and status
- When a status is set to Pending, it is sent for moderation
- Launched the new moderation tool
Created a session-expired modal to prevent the feeling of a hard refresh. This was to support a complaint from Pivotal around frequent refreshes
Notable Bugs
- When attaching multiple files to an item
- Historical items that didn't have actual delivery dates were falsely displaying with a 0 instead of a "-" and impacting supplier scores
